We have just completed our most accessible website ever for an East Dorset archery club, the Bracken Company of Archers. the site makes bold use of images plus has a built-in facility to enlarge and reduce the size of the text in it.
New sites for August
August 2006
Two new sites to tell you about this month. The first is Compliant UK, a supplier of chiropractic, ergonomic and business productivity related products and services. it is fully eCommerce enabled and is totally search engine friendly.
Secondly, Craft Insurance. If you are either a craftsperson, run any kind of arts or crafts club or association or simply sell craft products at craft fairs, then Craft Insurance offer a bespoke scheme just for you.

We are currently building 2 exciting eCommerce projects. The first is for William Evans, the London gun makers. It will be our third site for them and you can get a see it here

The website, www.doodlicious.com was built to 'show off' our labradoodle, Bhindi, but also to find homes for Bhindi's puppies and as such the site was coded accordingly.
After only 3 weeks live, we have the top ranking listing for 'labradoodle puppies' on MSN UK search plus a top 5 listing on all the other related search terms. The site also ranks extremely well in Google UK and Yahoo.

XPAND funding for your website

Public funding is available in Dorset for IT projects such as new websites or website upgrades through XPAND, a joint venture available through Business Link Wessex. The scheme, open to small to medium businesses offers matched funding up to £2,500. The scheme closes in spring 2007, so there's never been a better time to invest in the internet. New Site for The Glue Factory

The Glue Factory, one of London's leading Prop, Model, Exhibit and interactive display companies have just had their site revamped courtesy of Pixelhaus. The company was born in 2004 out of the former Science Museum modelmaking team and is responsible for making interactive displays for many well known exhibitions such as the recent 'Science of Aliens' plus props and models for numerous film and TV productions. Bhindi's Puppies have arrived!

This month's new sites
March 2006
This month sees 2 new site launches: firstly B + R Contracts, one of our oldest photographic clients asked us to revamp their existing site and here is the result. Clean, accessible and search engine friendly.
Secondly, March also saw the launch of photographer, Andy Paradise's new website. One of the key required elements was the ability to upload new images without coming back to us each time: So we build a simple admin system for him. It is always our goal to keep site administration as easy as possible, however complex the site might be.
William Evans chooses Pixelhaus again

Following on from the successful launch of William Evans St James , the parent company William Evans have appointed Pixelhaus to redevelop their original existing site. William Evans has been at the forefront of the traditional art of gunmaking since 1883. Their range includes sidelock “under and over”, “side-by-side” guns, double barrelled sidelock rifles and bolt action rifles. and is also unique in having the only gun storage facility in London's West end.

Our newest site, William Evans St James went live just before Christmas. It is a prestigious eCommerce site selling a wide range of quality life style accessories. The shop is in Pall Mall in the heart of London's West end, and is a new venture for William Evans, one of England's oldest gun makers.

November 2005
One of our recent eCommerce sites was selected by the Independent Newspaper as one of the country's top 50 eCommerce websites. In fact they came in at No. 38, just 2 away from Amazon.com! The site in question, Mr and Mrs House sells quirky and original goods for the home.
