After a classical art school education Richard specialised in commercial and editorial photography at Rochester and spent his formative years shooting household name catalogues for clients as diverse as Argos, John Lewis, Debenhams and the Victoria & Albert Museum.

He began dabbling in web design and ecommerce in the late 90's and by the mid noughties it had become his prime focus.

Today he works extensively with Joomla and is the newly elected Director of Communications (Outreach Department Coordinator) to the platform. 

He's a keen musician and plays drums in his 80's band, The Breakfast Club as well as acting as a trustee for music Charity, Absolute Music Trust.
